Our Commitment to Service

Today, many IT service providers offer what appears to be excellent value in the off-shoring of large development projects.   • We provide our clients with a single, on-site point of contact to ensure that they are constantly involved in the project and that communications are smooth and seamless,
  • We undertake the sensitive phases of all projects on-site. Tasks involving requirements analysis, design, testing, and support are carried out onsite with the support of our offsite team
  • While we conduct a significant portion of the development phase off-site, we will always maintain a senior resource who is part of the development at the client site. We find this approach dramatically improves the effectiveness of communication and feedback and results in a superior deliverables
