We have implemented and upgraded various releases of iAS, high-availability configurations, content management solutions, and portal solutions, all using Oracle’s built in functionality. Vidatum has delivered significant projects in Oracle Portal and understand how to leverage the technology to help your organisation develop bespoke company portals.
As part of our infrastructure services, we help our clients in designing and implementing their backup and recovery strategies. We work with our hardware and OS partners to deliver integrated backup and recovery solutions using combinations of Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) and third-party tools. Vidatum has worked with various disaster recovery and high availability architectures for Oracle including Dataguard, Failsafe, Real Application Clusters (RAC), and OS specific architectures such as IBM’s HACMP.

Single Sign On
Vidatum has recently completed a significant piece of work implementing Single-Sign-On and integrated login, including integration with and synchronisation between OID (Oracle Internet Directory) and other LDAP servers such Microsoft Active Directory and Novell’s eDirectory. Using Oracle’s Application Infrastructure tier we can provide your organisation with a Single Sign-on solution to allow you to integrate Oracle and other partner applications with your windows environment.
