Mobile Apps Development

A common hurdle that companies face when developing mobile apps is their ability for them to work across many platforms. By using industry-standard open-source tools, along with a keen eye for design and development, we can ensure that our mobile apps will work with Apple, Android, Windows and BlackBerry.

Our Mobile apps have allowed our clients to increase their productivity within their own organisations, and to offer their customers a better experience when interacting with them.

We are also skilled in developing Mobile apps that integrate with Facebook and Twitter.

Since Vidatum Technologies inception almost a decade ago, we have been developing websites for different companies across many difference sectors. We have a team of in-house web developers who ensure that every aspect of your project, from the design and the look and feel, to the back-end functionality, works seamlessly.By keeping abreast of the latest innovations, we can advise clients on the best in emerging technologies and how they can be used in conjunction with reliable platforms to deliver up-to-dateand effective solutions.

Online Application systems

We have recently developed a number of online application systems using open source technologies including Zend Framework, LAMP, Twitter Bootstrap and JQuery. Our team is highly experienced in open-source technologies and this has allowed us to develop and deliver fully-functional online application systems in as little as ten days.

We are also experienced in using Drupal as a Website Engine and Content Management System (CMS). Drupal is a highly functional open source CMS that comes with a wide variety of inbuilt features covering areas such as security, user management, workflow and content management. It is one of the most widely used open source CMS packages available and features over 20,000 free third-party modules to cover almost any feature which may be required. We have also developed custom Drupal modules for our clients in areas ranging from online donations for charities to interactive learning applications

Microsoft Sharepoint / .NET

At Vidatum we have been working with SharePoint since it first appeared over a decade ago. Since then, SharePoint has become a leading platform for sharing and collaborating while integrating seamlessly with Microsoft Office.

SharePoint allows your employees to create online sites where they can increase their efficiency while keeping in touch with their colleagues from any location. By using features such as Versioning, Document Management has become a seamless task by ensuring that the correct version of any document is being used. Also, by setting specific Permissions, you have absolute control over what user can read or edit any item on any site. SharePoint also allows you to create Web Parts. These are mini-programs which run in SharePoint which can link SharePoint to other database or web services, thus widening your sites functionality to any scalable level.

By using Workflows, you can automate time-consuming tasks and ensure that your business processes are being fully implemented and adhered to. And as your SharePoint site grows, you can use its Search function to find whatever you are looking for across many sites.

The nature of the supports we provide for teachers change as needs arise. We have to respond quickly to these changing needs and our web presence is our window to the world. Vidatum have to be responsive when we need them to.
